Delivery Location

Please note that orders to the Highland and any remote islands of the United Kingdom may incur additional shipping costs. Delivery times to these locations may also vary. We will notify you of any such charges or delays before dispatching your order.

Shipping Method

All our orders are shipped via Evri, a trusted shipping provider. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details to keep you informed about the progress of your delivery.

Your order will usually be delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery estimates are based on business days, excluding any UK public or bank holidays.

Delivery Cost

We offer free delivery for orders of £50 and over. For very large orders, additional shipping charges may apply. Rest assured, we will inform you of any such charges before dispatching your order.

International Orders

If you are ordering from outside of the United Kingdom, we also offer shipping options to deliver our products to customers worldwide.

Delivery Location

Lost or Damaged Orders

In the unfortunate event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

If your order is lost or damaged due to the fault of the courier, we will provide a refund or a replacement item. However, please note that there are circumstances where we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged orders.

To ensure the safe delivery of your order, please provide accurate delivery information, including any relevant instructions. It is also important to engage with any requests made by the courier and collect your order within the specified timeframe.
